Delivery
The majority of products in our Walls & Floors and Bathroom collections are produced to order. Whilst this means a highly personalised product, it also requires additional time for production, quality control and bespoke packing. Delivery times are indicated on our website alongside the product. These are shown as a minimum-maximum indication and take into account production times and destination.
If your order is made up of a number of products which require different amounts of time to produce, we may send items out at different times or all together, but we will advise you of this.
For all items ordered from our Walls & Floors or Bathroom collections our delivery procedure is as follows:
Assembly
We offer a comprehensive White Glove delivery service which includes delivery, assembly and the removal of all packaging. If you would like a personalised estimate, please contact our customer care team at customercare@salvatoriofficial.com.
Delivery
We process all orders received for our smaller Home Collection items weighing less than 70 kg each morning (Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays*) before midday (CET) and usually they will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders placed before midday (CET) Monday to Friday (excluding Italian public holidays*) will be dispatched the same day whilst orders placed after midday or during the weekend and Italian public holidays* will be dispatched the following working day.
As a rule, all orders destined within Italy should arrive within 1-2 working days, whilst for Calabria, the Italian islands and countries within the EU the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days** once the order leaves our premises in Tuscany.
For bulkier items (tables, storage pieces, special editions and mirrors), delivery times may vary, based on the dimensions of the product and availability in our warehouse. If we have the item in stock it will be delivered within 4 or 5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link so that you can monitor your delivery.
Where payment is made using credit card, items may be dispatched a day later, as a result of standard security precautions (fraud or card misuse, for example) imposed by banks. If a payment is not confirmed within 30 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Larger products
Some larger items in our Home Collection and products which are produced to order do not qualify for free shipping, however you will clearly be informed of any shipping costs during the order completion phase of your transaction. In these cases, you will see the estimated production time displayed at the moment you place your order, and the delivery procedure will be as follows:
